When you submit the branch-portfolio application form, we collect:

• Business information: company name, industry, number of branches, branch locations;
• Energy information: estimated monthly electricity or diesel expenditure, existing generator capacity, preferred financing model, desired rollout timeline;
• Contact information: contact name, business email address and phone number;
• Submission context: the page you submitted from, the time of submission, campaign parameters (UTM tags) and the referring website.

With your consent, we also collect analytics and advertising data through cookies and similar technologies (see below).

• To assess your branch portfolio and respond to your application;
• To contact you about your assessment and, where relevant, proposals;
• To administer, measure and improve this campaign website;
• To measure advertising performance across the channels that brought you here.

Form submissions are transmitted securely to our customer relationship management system, Zoho CRM, where they are stored and processed by Prosolar’s commercial and engineering teams for the purposes above. Access is limited to authorised personnel.

Subject to your consent choice on this site, we use Google Analytics 4 (traffic and behaviour measurement), Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag (advertising measurement and audience building). These tools set cookies or use similar identifiers and may process data outside Nigeria. Declining consent disables these tags; the website and application form work without them.

• Essential storage: your consent choice and in-session campaign attribution (UTM parameters, referrer) needed to process your submission;
• Analytics/advertising cookies: set only after you accept, by the providers listed above.

• Zoho Corporation (CRM);
• Vercel Inc. (website hosting);
• Google (analytics; YouTube video embedding when you play the video);
• Meta Platforms and LinkedIn Corporation (advertising measurement, with consent).

Application data is retained for as long as needed to assess and service your enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Analytics data is retained per the providers’ standard retention settings.

Submissions are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Credentials for our systems are held server-side and are never exposed in this website’s public code. Access to lead data is restricted to authorised Prosolar personnel.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email info@prosolarng.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
